The Corvin Promenade project arrived to a new milestone. After three years of preparation and along the residential and office program, Futureal Development Zrt. launches the largest retail development project downtown. All together 60.000 sqms of GLA is planned for retail, entertainment, restaurants, leisure and sport establishments that represent a larger choice than Westend today for the future visitors. The retail development consists of two main parts, Corvin Atrium; a glass covered pedestrian and shopping street as well as an open air part - all along the 2 sides of the Corvin Promenade that will be built in phases.
Within the first phase, Corvin Atrium, the glass covered pedestrian and shopping street is planned to be built on 4 levels with 34.600 sqms of GLA. Out of the 4 levels, one is entirely dedicated to food court and entertainment and additionally an underground car park will offer 1.200 lots for the visitors.
