Considerable resources deployed for the largest construction work in Budapest, Corvin Promenade

The largest construction work in Budapest, Corvin Promenade in Józsefváros has been progressing at a quick pace. Construction works are being executed simultaneously in 240,000 square meters. At the present, three residential building, as well as 34,000 + 7,000 sq m rentable commercial and 24,000 sq m office spaces are being developed. Phase I of Corvin Offices in a total area of 19,000 sq m was opened in the spring, and the first residential building by the promenade, Cordia Fontana House has been completed structurally, while the erection of another residential buildings, Cordia City Garden has also been started, so the number of apartments in the Promenade will soon reach 820.
